Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in the Northwest Division to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow sales revenue. The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven insights, and proactive pipeline development.

You will travel as needed, present selling solutions, and maintain CRM records while aligning with company objectives and supplier partners. Base salary plus incentives awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication (email, text, etc.).
• Able to achieve results consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to travel and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Identify customer growth needs and create growth plans.
• Develop a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and meet objectives.
• Pre-plan visits with clear agendas and CRM documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SGWS products.
