Job summary

General-Beverage-Sales-Co is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to promote and sell beverage products within the assigned territory (Washington, Ozaukee and Milwaukee areas). You will execute brand plans from supplier partners, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to overall sales goals.

The role requires engaging with customers, delivering in-depth presentations, and staying current on industry trends to position offerings effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and access to a working vehicle.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
• Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and achieve the Six Standards of Performance
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
