Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time sales-driven professional in Bad Axe, MI. The role starts Monday–Friday at 7 am and includes a comprehensive benefits package. You will drive sales, manage accounts, ensure product freshness, and coordinate in-store promotions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 4–5+ years in the field, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license and auto insurance per company/state requirements.
• Must lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate pricing, displays, POS materials and events.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
