Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional in Michigan. The role involves achieving sales goals, acquiring new business, and maintaining distribution across assigned routes.

You will execute promotions at retail, coordinate displays, ensure quality control and proper stock levels, and conduct regular store visits to optimize shelf presence. A 21+ year old driver with reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years related experience or HS Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage per state law.
• Employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
