Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to expand distribution in Frankenmuth and surrounding communities. You will work to meet monthly sales goals, execute promotions at retail, and maintain strong store relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 4–5+ years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 175 lbs for keg products).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of related experience or HS/GED with 4-5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Employee must be able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and expand new business while maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
