Breakthru Beverage Minnesota Beer, LLC in California is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the San Gabriel Valley, driving sales of supplier brands through planning, selling, and effective communication.

You will visit customer locations with your own vehicle, deliver compelling presentations, maintain shelf presence, and support merchandising objectives while upholding a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an efficient pattern.
• Analyzes account base, visits accounts and identifies opportunities.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks where permitted.
• Educates account staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manages receivables by processing credits and returns with accounts.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues when needed.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives.
• Plans to meet distribution and volume goals with management.
• Ensures brand visibility using POS materials where appropriate.
• Obtains payments from accounts and supports new account openings.
• Participates in supplier-related sales calls and blitzes.
