Total Wine & More in Farragut, TN, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a service-focused team and manage store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and help grow the customer base while maximizing profitability.

The role requires 1–3 years in a supervisory retail role, a preference for a business degree, and experience with POS and inventory systems. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team with development and product knowledge.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
