Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse Operator at our Indiana facility to support high-speed production lines. You will monitor equipment, manage raw materials, and uphold GMP and safety policies to keep operations running smoothly.

You will read gauges, perform basic maintenance, and work with the team to improve quality and efficiency while maintaining strict safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
• Formal safety training (WHMIS, HACCP) preferred; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, health and safety policies, and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Read and adhere to production schedules; communicate deviations to appropriate parties.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Perform equipment changeovers and record downtime and production data.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce waste.
