Refresco, a leading beverage solutions provider, seeks a warehouse/production associate in Missouri Heights. You will follow production schedules, operate and support equipment, and maintain sanitation and quality records in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, High School completion, and forklift certification. Expect varied shifts with potential overtime; a safe, team-focused workplace is offered with competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• High School certification or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to follow GMP, QA, and safety procedures; wear PPE.
• Able to read production schedules and read imperial/metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and quality data; ensure accurate documentation.
