Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Manager in Las Vegas, NV to oversee the beverage department on the casino floor, ensuring compliance with all liquor, health, and safety regulations.

You will manage recruitment, training, scheduling, performance coaching, and employee development, while collaborating with the Director on budgets and financial performance. The role requires leadership in service standards and labor-relations matters.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Thorough knowledge of beverage products, service standards and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Extended periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee beverage service operations to meet company standards and regulations.
• Review administrative functions performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize staffing across the beverage department with Supervisors for operational needs.
• Assist in developing departmental budgets and monitor financial performance and cost management.
• Direct all personnel-related functions including recruitment, scheduling, training and evaluations.
• Establish and enforce consistent service standards across beverage operations.
• Represent the department in labor relations and related proceedings as required.
