Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead and develop our beverage operations on the property. You will forecast orders, manage staff, and control budgets while delivering outstanding guest experiences across bars and restaurants.

In this role, you will supervise beverage team members, ensure compliance with service standards and responsible alcohol service, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; beverage experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to supervise multiple properties and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, and evaluate beverage staff; handle hires and terminations.
• Oversee beverage operations and ensure service standards.
• Forecast and manage beverage orders, staff, and finances.
• Welcome guests professionally and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, barbacks, and supervisors.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and cut off intoxicated guests.
• Lead during busy shifts and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain liquor and non-alcohol inventories.
• Coach and train staff; document actions.
• Investigate guest complaints related to Beverage.
