Job summary

the D Casino & Hotel is seeking a Beverage Manager in the Beverage Department to lead operations, forecast demand, and manage staff and finances with a goal of maximizing sales through great guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to coordinate with other departments. Must meet age and work-card requirements. This on-site position supports a busy casino environment during events and concerts.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English; communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Experience in beverage operations or hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff; interview and hire staff.
• Oversee beverage operations and maintain inventory of liquor and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Greet Guests and handle escalated interactions professionally.
• Coach and lead Team Members to deliver excellent guest service.
• Investigate Guest complaints related to Beverage and ensure resolution.
