Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee the casino floor beverage department, ensuring operations align with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will manage personnel, training, scheduling, and performance coaching while partnering with leadership on budget planning and financial oversight.

The role requires strong beverage knowledge, customer service excellence, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in beverage operations, hospitality, or casino/gaming environments with supervisory experience.
Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws and health codes.
Strong budgeting, inventory, and P&L analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee beverage service operations to comply with policies and regulations.
Review beverage supervisors' administrative functions for accuracy and compliance.
Optimize beverage department staffing to meet operational needs.
Support budget planning and monitor departmental financial performance and costs.
Direct recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Establish and enforce standard service levels across all beverage operations.
Represent the department in labor relations matters and related proceedings.
