Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Department Manager to oversee daily operations across high-volume beverage outlets. You will supervise staff, monitor inventory, and partner with leadership to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include controlling budgets and labor costs, coordinating scheduling, and guiding interviewing and training for new Team Members. A strong, detail-oriented leader with analytical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the Beverage Department.
• Track product shortages and equipment needs.
• Assist with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties.
• Responsibilities include liquor inventory, scheduling, managing budget and labor costs.
