Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the Beverage department on property. You will forecast, plan, and manage beverage orders, staff, and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety and responsible service. The Manager will coordinate with bartenders, servers, and supervisors to ensure service standards are met across all beverage operations, including events and concerts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous beverage experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff; manage guest service and staffing
• Oversee beverage operations and ensure compliance with service standards
• Lead by example; greet Guests professionally and manage escalated interactions
• Maintain inventory and order supplies for liquor and non-alcoholic drinks
• Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Investigate guest complaints related to Beverage
