Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead all beverage operations across the property. You will forecast, plan and manage beverage orders, staff and finances to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will train and coach team members, enforce service standards, handle guest escalations, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Knowledge of property operations and guest services within a casino environment.
• Ability to supervise multiple staff and work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff and guest service to standards.
• Oversee beverage operations and inventory, ensuring timely beverage orders.
• Greet and engage Guests professionally and handle escalated interactions.
• Lead during heavy shifts, resolve conflicts and ensure tasks are completed.
• Investigate guest complaints related to Beverage and take corrective action.
