The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Beverage Manager to own all beverage operations, from menu development to staff supervision, ensuring profitability and compliance in a fast-paced resort setting.

Located near Seattle, the property invites hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and a focus on guest experience. Wage is $32.00–$40.00/hr; this non-benefited, on-site role supports seasonal and year-round operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
• Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on the key objectives of the position.
• Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
• Proficiency in inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a WA MAST (alcohol servers permit).

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve beverage menus aligned with trends and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with culinary team to pair foods and beverages for profit and guest experience.
• Build and maintain supplier partnerships to secure pricing and availability.
• Manage beverage inventory including ordering, stocking, and cost control.
• Monitor sales performance and use data to guide decisions and maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, WALCB regulations and company policy.
• Plan and execute promotional events to drive beverage sales.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to bar staff to build skills.
