Job summary

Boyne Resorts' Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining operations, oversee daily service, staffing, and quality standards across the department.

Reporting to the VP of Food + Beverage, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and develop a high-performing team in a busy, high-volume environment. This role emphasizes collaboration with kitchen leadership and safety compliance to deliver The Summit Experience.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in high-volume dining environments.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff while maintaining positive culture.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication with guests, vendors, and team.
• Washington State Food Worker Card and Food Manager Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and quality control across all areas.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Maintain food safety protocols and health department compliance.
• Recruit, train and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership for seamless operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
