Job summary

Opti Staffing in Anchorage, AK seeks a General Manager for Beverage Production & Distribution to lead the full value chain from production to market execution. Reporting to the CEO, you will align brewing/production, packaging, logistics, and sales under one operating plan to drive EBITDA and sustainable growth.

You will own the business unit P&L, set budgets and forecasts, oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and build leadership depth while advancing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations or general-management experience in beverage or related fields.
• P&L ownership with budgets, forecasts, margins, and profitability improvement.
• Track record leading managers and influencing senior leaders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into an integrated operating plan with clear priorities.
• Own the business unit P&L, budget, forecast and capital priorities.
• Lead production, packaging, warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment of beverages.
• Build integrated demand, supply, and commercial alignment with Sales and Marketing.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
