Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage seeks a General Manager to lead an assigned facility, overseeing warehousing, transportation, finance, and admin. You will guide sales/marketing on new opportunities and ensure resources grow revenue streams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business/Administration with MBA preferred, five years' related experience, and proven P&L and budgeting capabilities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management/Administration; MBA preferred.
• Five years of related experience.
• P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance eligibility.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control the operating budget for the facility and capex.
• Own the P&L and accountable for variances to plan.
• Oversee all administrative and financial functions.
• Ensure proper internal controls over paperwork and cash.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Manage and measure safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
