Job summary

Boochcraft is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the brewery, production, warehouse, and related operations. The role reports to the CEO and partners with Finance, Sales, R&D, and Quality to drive manufacturing excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in progressive manufacturing or operations, with strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and experience in regulated environments such as brewing or CPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience, including meaningful team leadership and production operations.
• Experience in food & beverage, CPG, brewing, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day brewery, production, warehouse, maintenance, and related operational activities.
• Ensure production schedules are planned and executed to meet customer demand.
• Ensure sales orders are produced and shipped on time and in full (OTIF).
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and production standards.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to support production requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Train production personnel on SOPs, safety, quality, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, labor efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Build capacity to support growth with cost controls.
