Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple beverage facilities.

This executive will drive an integrated operations strategy to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective products and build a culture of operational excellence. The role requires 15+ years of senior manufacturing leadership, with experience in multi-site operations, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with significant multi-site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing facilities across sites.
• Develop and execute a multi-year manufacturing strategy aligned with growth and customer demand.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across the network.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Oversee transportation and logistic integration with manufacturing and supply chain.
