General Manager — Beverage Production & Distribution Lead an integrated beverage platform from production and packaging through logistics and market execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides integrated leadership across production, packaging, logistics, and the movement of all produced beverage products. 10+ years of progressive operations or general-management experience, including substantial responsibility in beverage, food manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, supply chain, or a related environment Demonstrated P&L ownership with responsibility for budgets, forecasts, margin, working capital, capital decisions, and profitability improvement Experience integrating production, packaging, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, sales, and commercial priorities Track record of leading managers and influencing senior functional leaders Strong analytical, financial, presentation, negotiation, and change-leadership capability Legal authorization to work in the United States
