Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Retail Account Representative in Layton, UT to promote the full Coca-Cola portfolio, build strong customer relationships, and execute promotional activities. You will ensure products are merchandised to company standards and aligned with the Joint Business Plan at each store.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers to place product orders and maintain inventory
• Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, rotate stock
• Supervise merchandisers to ensure displays meet company standards
• Rotate products per first in, first out system
• Promote additional displays and new products to increase sales
• Follow Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Field Sales Manager and customers
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects; cover merchandising duties when needed
