Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Retail Account Representative in Colorado to grow the Coca-Cola portfolio in assigned stores. You will build rapport with store decision-makers, manage in-store shelves, and execute displays that align with the Joint Business Plan across multiple locations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on mobile devices, and be willing to work weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; equivalent degree considered.
• Proficient with CONA, Excel, Outlook, and PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
• Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers to place product orders and maintain stock.
• Fill beverage sections, build displays, and rotate stock as directed.
• Supervise merchandisers to ensure compliant in-store displays.
• Rotate products to support FIFO and organize shelfs for easy access.
• Sell additional displays, new products, and promotional items to boost sales.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Manager to follow the Joint Business Plan.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects; cover merchandising when needed.
