Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Retail Account Representative to grow the Coca‑Cola portfolio at customer locations. You will execute promotional activities, ensure displays and stock are aligned with Joint Business Plans, and build strong relationships with store decision makers.

The role involves merchandising duties, weekend and holiday work, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and PDFs on mobile devices are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone/iPad.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers in each customer location and place orders, maintaining inventory for consumer purchases.
• Manage and fill beverage sections, build displays, stock coolers, and ensure availability per standards.
• Supervise merchandisers to ensure stores displays are built and stocked correctly.
• Rotate products to follow first-in, first-out stocking practices and organize shelves.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotions to increase sales volume.
• Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed with the Field Sales Manager and customers.
• Maintain backroom stock areas safely and write up credits for pickup by bulk drivers.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
