Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts, build and maintain displays with POS materials, and ensure products are shelf-ready for customers.

You will drive a personal vehicle on assigned routes, provide excellent customer service to store teams, clock in on time, and collaborate with Delivery and Sales. The position requires lifting up to 60 lbs, working indoors and outdoors, and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handling cases, bottles and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale or storage.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop relationships with co-workers, Supervisors, Managers and others.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks, etc.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
