Job summary

Columbia Distributing is hiring a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in stores, build displays, and manage back stock. You will drive a personal vehicle on assigned routes and ensure excellent service to store accounts, coordinating with Sales and retail partners.

You will clock in/out per the timekeeping app, adhere to labor rules, and represent the company’s core values. Prior grocery/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and operate a mobile smartphone.
• Retail or grocery experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate beverages, build displays, and manage back stock in stores.
• Drive a personal vehicle on the assigned route, route safety emphasized.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete services.
• Clock in/out using the timekeeping app, abiding by labor laws.
• Uphold the company's Core Values and complete other tasks as assigned.
