Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts, build displays, and manage POS materials. You will drive a local route, ensure proper timekeeping, and maintain excellent customer relations with store staff and Sales teammates.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently or with a team, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock and rotate product, build displays, and manage POS as needed.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route; do not transport products in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and Sales to complete account services.
• Accurately log timekeeping and adhere to labor laws for breaks.
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values and complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
