Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in customer stores after delivery, building displays and ensuring shelves are ready for sale.

You will work on assigned retail accounts, travel on a company route with a personal vehicle, and collaborate with Delivery, Sales, and store staff to provide outstanding service while adhering to timekeeping and core values. The role may involve indoors/outdoors tasks and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and operate a mobile smartphone.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores, set up displays and manage shelf presentation.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route; no product transport in personal vehicle.
• Deliver excellent customer service to assigned accounts and build positive relationships.
• Coordinate with store personnel and Sales teams to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in/out per timekeeping application and follow labor laws.
• Demonstrate company Core Values at all times.
• Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned.
