Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages, set up displays with POS, and ensure product availability in retail accounts.

You will drive a route with a personal vehicle, provide excellent customer service, clock in/out per state laws, and work with Delivery, Sales, and store staff. This full-time role requires bending, lifting, and weekend availability, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in store back stock, cold boxes, and displays with POS as needed.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route and service assigned accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and Sales team.
• Accurately clock in and out of timekeeping systems; follow state labor laws for breaks.
