Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages at store level, build displays, and ensure accurate shelf presentation. You will drive a local route, deliver strong customer service, and collaborate with store staff and Sales teams to meet store needs.

The role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following company core values. Local travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in retail accounts, build and maintain displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive on assigned route; use a personal vehicle for local travel only if required by position.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop positive relationships with store personnel and Sales teammates.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of timekeeping systems, adhering to labor laws for breaks.
