Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages at store locations. You will work with Delivery, Sales, and retail partners to ensure attractive displays and fresh stock.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage time and priorities. The role is based on customer sites with occasional outdoor work and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores, build and maintain displays with POS materials.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop positive relationships.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out using timekeeping software, adhering to labor laws.
• Demonstrate alignment with company Core Values.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet productivity deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
