Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display beverages in retail accounts. You will partner with Delivery, Sales and store personnel to ensure products are available and presented to customers.

This role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone. Local route travel is expected with weekend availability and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock and rotate product on shelves and displays with POS materials.
• Drive a personal vehicle on the assigned route without transporting products in it.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with store personnel and Sales.
• Coordinate with team to complete account services and maintain product presentation.
• Accurately clock in/out of timekeeping and comply with labor laws.
• Adhere to company core values and complete additional tasks as assigned.
