Spindrift Beverage Co. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to lead on-site production with a focus on food safety, quality and productivity.

You will oversee production processes, coordinate with contract manufacturers, and ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions while using judgment to improve product quality. Travel up to 60% is available; the role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years quality and operations food experience within CPG industry
• Comfortable operating within a plant environment
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, wear multiple hats
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to interact with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Must be able to commute to Memphis within approximately one hour

Responsibilities

• Working onsite and remotely with contract manufacturers to ensure products are made per specifications and protocols
• Certifying adherence to Manufacturing Instructions and Product Manuals
• Observing raw materials, packaging, and products during manufacturing to identify issues and drive improvements
• Collecting and analyzing production data to drive improvements to KPIs
• Collaborating with co-manufacturers, contracted engineers, and internal customers on capital projects
• Assisting with transitioning products from R&D to full-scale production
• Staying current on industry developments related to processing, equipment, and packaging
• Leading continuous improvement activities
• Available for travel up to 60%
