Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in the United States seeks a VP, Manufacturing to lead two manufacturing directors across our beverage facilities. You will oversee Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Quality, and drive performance improvement, innovation, and supply chain development.

As a senior operations leader, you will shape strategy, build an excellence culture, mentor future leaders, and ensure sustainable development across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field and significant leadership experience.
• 10–15 years factory management experience across multi-site networks (beverage industry preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic manufacturing plan aligned to overall business strategy.
• Ensure products are manufactured on schedule within quality and cost standards.
• Oversee plant design, workflow, and production efficiency improvements.
• Forecast facility, equipment, and workforce needs for future capacity.
• Lead continuous process improvement and Lean initiatives across plants.
