Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a VP of Manufacturing to lead two directors across our beverage plants in the United States. The role drives strategic manufacturing plans, health and safety, continuous improvement and quality, and shapes performance initiatives.

You will partner with senior leadership to advance lean operations, supply chain resilience, and sustainable development programs while developing future leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or food science.
• 10 to 15 years of factory management experience.
• At least 3 years managing multi-site manufacturing network (beverage industry preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in sustainable development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and can multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic manufacturing plan aligned to business strategy and objectives.
• Implement policies to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and to quality/cost standards.
• Ensure plant design, workflow, and methods maximize efficiency.
• Forecast facility, equipment, and workforce needs to meet capacity requirements.
• Plan, source, produce, and deliver to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Review cost and forecast data; update senior management on progress and timelines.
• Build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of customer service, safety and quality.
• Lead lean improvements, reduce rejects, and cut costs.
• Support skills development and leadership growth across levels.
