Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing experience in food, beverage, or CPG environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple sites or large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple manufacturing facilities for operational excellence.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coach Plant Managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
