Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage operations for the property, including the 22-story lounge. You will partner with wine and beverage vendors to curate beverage lists and support leaders in developing a profitable program.

The role requires strong communication, 2+ years of beverage/bar management experience, and a track record of producing consistent, high-quality beverages in a fast-paced setting. Evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beverage/bar management experience.
• Beverage cost experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship skills.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations in fast-paced customer service.
• Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Division, including the 22-story lounge.
• Collaborate with wine and beverage vendors to select beverages and assist leaders in creating creative, profitable beverage lists.
• Lead training, scheduling and development of colleagues in the beverage team.
• Ensure beverage controls and quality standards are maintained, including mixology considerations.
