Good Boy Vodka, a fast-growing premium vodka and RTD brand, is hiring a Key Accounts Manager to lead relationships with major regional and national chain accounts in the Northeast Great Lakes / Ohio Valley territory. You’ll drive volume, distribution, and brand visibility across KY, MI, OH, PA, WV.

The role requires 5+ years in beverage sales, strong distributor networks, and a proven track record in RTD categories.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience, especially RTDs.
• Strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with VIP/IRI/Nielsen proficiency.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve volume and distribution goals.
• Manage relationships with buyers, distributors, and trade partners in the territory.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure execution of programming, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Lead new product launches and coordinate with marketing and brand teams.
• Develop budgets, promotional spend, and ROI tracking for key programs.
• Conduct regular account visits and manage chain resets to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing on POS, in-store merchandising, and digital activations.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to senior leadership.
• Represent the brand at regional events and chain reviews.
