Job summary

Bond Hospitality and Mercer F&B, 1 (DBA: Sartiano’s) is seeking a Receiver to manage beverage orders and inventory for Zero Bond, ensuring accurate deliveries and organized storage. The role includes juicing fresh juice per pars and requisition sheets, and collaborating with the Head Purchaser on invoicing and stock control.

Responsibilities include receiving all beverage orders, coordinating with kitchen leadership, stocking bars, and daily CGS organization.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with beverage operations or bar programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual, proactive and able to take initiative on tasks

Responsibilities

• Receive all beverage and related orders and organize inventory
• Coordinate with kitchen and executive chef on orders and needs
• Receive office packages and keep organized, store items in designated areas
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and manage storage spaces daily
• Juice fresh juices according to pars and requisition sheets
• Notify Purchaser of missing items and manage daily tasks assigned by management
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of storage to ensure cleanliness and organization
