Job summary

Battle House Hotel & Spa is seeking a Beverage Purchaser to efficiently manage procurement and inventory control of liquor, beer, wine, and bar setup for our hospitality team. Duties include receiving deliveries, verifying invoices, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring proper rotation and waste minimization.

Responsibilities also cover weekly beverage orders, event requisitions, and ensuring accurate inventory counts with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive beverage deliveries and verify invoices against goods received.
• Maintain stock levels (pars) of beer, liquor, and wine in storerooms and outlets.
• Fill outlet requisitions following the bottle-for-bottle standard.
• Rotate stock to remove out-of-date beer.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of beverage storeroom and coolers.
• Track beverage inventories using Excel for monthly counts.
• Prepare weekly beverage orders.
• Schedule line cleaning for beer draft systems.
• Follow Storeroom Door Seal procedures for security.
• Adhere to Marriott Gold Standard / Renaissance Signature Series guidelines.
• Complete period-end inventories per SOPs.
