Job summary

Superior Beverage Group in Solon, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, online orders, and emails. This entry-level role offers growth with a company that values training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts, on scheduled days, by telephone to increase the sales of company products by selling new items, promoting displays, promotions, and securing POS materials.
• Inquire about POS to ensure it is in an effective area and operational.
• Manage potential out-of-code products by inquiring about code dates on slow-moving packages.
• Offer customers suggestions for increasing sales of company products through various merchandising concepts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with team and manager all pertinent information affecting assigned accounts.
