Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or 1 year of sales experience or beverage sales experience (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
• Increase sales and order size through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend products and quantities.
• Process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns.
• Educate customers about products to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain electronic customer files.
• Other duties as assigned.
