Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Solon, OH. This full-time, day-shift role supports distribution of our products by phone, our online ordering system, and emails, with a schedule of 8:30am–5:00pm from Monday to Friday.

You will call on assigned accounts, promote items and promotions, manage POS materials, and build retailer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts by telephone to increase sales.
• Inquire about point-of-sale to ensure effective placement.
• Manage out-of-code products by checking dates on slow-moving items.
• Offer promotions to increase product sales and merchandising ideas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries professionally.
• Communicate pertinent information to team and manager.
