Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company in Ludlow, MA seeks a Customer Service/Inside Sales professional to connect with existing customers, explain products, and close sales. You will build relationships and maintain accurate customer records.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hospitality experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Compensation includes hourly pay of $22–$25 with bonus incentives, with annual earnings around $55k–$58k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years’ hospitality experience with knowledge of wine, spirits and beer preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written) and ability to summarize findings.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Understand the Southern Glazer's Beverage Company portfolio.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Process orders daily in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Create and update activity reports of calls and sales.
• Provide backup support for sales teams during vacations.
