Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, engage in consultative selling conversations, and drive revenue growth. You will build trust-based relationships, develop tailored growth plans for accounts, and expand opportunities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Proficient with SGWS technology to perform duties
• Ability to present customer proposals and product solutions
• Strong communication via mobile devices and online tools
• Track record of achieving results under pressure
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships based on trust
• Identify customer growth needs and develop growth plans
• Create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives
• Plan visits with agendas and document in CRM
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit notes in CRM
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively
• Propose selling solutions and close sales with consultative approach
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives
• Support customers with issues and provide guidance
