Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a Retail Supervisor to guide guests through the Rock Shop experience. You will mentor frontline staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and uphold safety and sanitation procedures while managing weekly schedules.

The role requires strong communication, customer service excellence, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Previous retail and F&B supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years’ dining experience and 2 years F&B supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field.
• Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State and ERGC Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that invites guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Tejon for gaming entertainment.
• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Coach team members on performance and procedures to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate with managers to assess procedures and improve efficiency.
• Assist with opening/closing the retail store and maintain readiness.

Education

High School Diploma with 4 years’ dining experience and 2 years F&B supervisory experience

Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field
