Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a team-oriented service associate to support dining room operations, including bussing tables, cleaning, stocking and assisting with warehouse orders for the Employee Dining Room.

You will deliver excellent guest service, maintain a clean and safe work area, and adapt to flexible shifts including holidays and weekends. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and maintain guest relations; mentor team members to deliver superior service.
• Replenish and garnish food on the cafeteria line; serve food as needed.
• Keep work areas, utensils and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Ensure stock from warehouse is stored properly and that the Team Dining Room is cleaned and maintained.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks; perform duties regularly and predictably.
