Crystal Geyser Water Company is seeking a Filler Operator to safely run high-speed beverage filling equipment, ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SOPs. You will monitor fill levels, perform changeovers, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to maintain continuous operations and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of filling, manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Overtime, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust high-speed filling, capping, conveying, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Perform start-up/shutdown, sanitation verification, and line changeovers per SOPs.
• Monitor fill levels, cap torque, bottle appearance, date coding, and package integrity.
• Complete production records, quality documentation, downtime reports, and sanitation checks.
• Perform operator-level preventive maintenance and communicate major concerns.
• Collaborate with Batch Operators during product transitions to ensure proper product flow.
• Monitor machine performance to identify issues and minimize downtime.
